Terms of Use

These Terms outline how Piximg works and what you agree to when using the service. They are intentionally short and easy to read. By continuing to use Piximg, you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

• “Piximg”, “we”, or “the service” refers to the image hosting platform at pixi.mg.
• “You” refers to any user uploading or accessing content hosted on Piximg.

2. Content you upload

You are responsible for everything you upload. Do not upload:

• Illegal content (including explicit illegal material of any kind).
• Copyrighted material without permission.
• Malware, viruses, harmful scripts or similar payloads.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive imagery.
• Personal data you don’t have permission to share.

If we receive a valid complaint, legal notice, or detect abuse, the content may be removed.

3. Storage & availability

Piximg does not currently impose automatic deletion or expiry. However, we do not guarantee permanent storage. Files may be removed for reasons including:

• Abuse or legal requests
• Technical issues or maintenance
• Excessive bandwidth usage
• Service changes or discontinuation

Always keep your own backup copies of important files.

4. Fair use

Please use Piximg reasonably. Automated tools, bulk uploads, programs like ShareX or scripts are welcome, as long as they do not cause excessive load or appear abusive.

5. Accounts & Piximg Pro

Creating an account unlocks additional features (limits, galleries, dashboard, API token). Accounts may be limited or suspended if used for abuse or illegal activity.

6. No warranties / limitation of liability

Piximg is provided “as is”. We make no guarantees about:

• Uptime or reliability
• Permanent file storage
• Fitness for any particular purpose

You use Piximg at your own risk. Do not rely on it as your sole copy of any file.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may change over time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
