Piximg is committed to respecting intellectual property rights. If you believe that an image hosted on Piximg infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown request under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or other applicable laws.

How to submit a valid DMCA notice

To process a DMCA removal request, your notice must include all required information. Please send the following details to dmca@pixi.mg:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The direct Piximg URL(s) where the infringing image(s) appear.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement confirming that all information provided is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on their behalf.

Submissions lacking required details may be delayed until clarification is provided.

How Piximg handles takedown requests

Once a complete and valid DMCA notice is received, Piximg may disable or remove the reported image(s). We may also contact the uploader where appropriate, or request additional information from either party to verify the claim.
