How it works

1
Press the shortcut

Hit the configured keyboard shortcut to dim your screen and enter capture mode.

2
Drag to capture

Click and drag around the area you want. When you release, the image is captured and uploaded.

3
Link in your clipboard

As soon as the upload finishes, the Piximg link is copied to your clipboard, ready to paste.

The desktop app uses the same backend as the website and ShareX, so everything you upload ends up in the same place.

Quick region capture

Use the keyboard shortcut to dim the screen, drag a box around what you want to capture, and let Piximg handle the upload.

Instant uploads

Your screenshot is sent straight to Piximg and turned into a link in the background — usually in a couple of seconds.

Clipboard-ready links

Once uploaded, the shareable link is automatically copied to your clipboard so you can paste it anywhere instantly.

Checksums

For extra peace of mind, you can verify the integrity of the downloaded installer using its SHA-256 checksum.
